SearchGold Resources Inc. (SearchGold) is a Canada-based company engaged in acquiring and exploring gold and diamond properties. The Company’s properties include Bakoudou-Magnima gold project, Arae-Gassel gold property, Dou, Taouremba and Zitenga II projects and Mandiana project. Dou and Taouremba, have respective surface areas of 241 kilometer (km) and 211 km for a total of 452 km. Zitenga II has a surface area of 184 km. During the year ended December 31, 2008, the Company acquired three exploration permits for gold in Burkina Faso in West Africa. In October 2008, it acquired 100% interest in Arae-Gassel gold property.
