BUK.V – Bridge Resources Corp.
Bridge Resources Corp. is a Canada-based company. The Company is engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development, production, and marketing of petroleum and natural gas. The Company holds 100% interest in eight offshore exploration blocks located in the Southern Gas Area, and 100% interest in two offshore exploration blocks in the Central Oil Area. It focuses its resources in the southern and central areas of the United Kingdom North Sea. The Company drilled 48/21a-4z well in its Durango property. Its subsidiaries include Iceni Oil and Gas Limited and Bridge North Sea Limited.

EOR.V – Enhanced Oil Resources
Enhanced Oil Resources Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiaries principally operates in the United States and is engaged in the business of developing its helium and carbon dioxide (CO2) project in eastern Arizona/western New Mexico (St. Johns Field) and crude oil and natural gas production, including enhanced oil recovery projects, in the Permian Basin in eastern New Mexico and West Texas. In June 2008, the Company completed the purchase of a 98% working interest in a New Mexico oilfield. The property acquisition covers approximately 800 acres in a mature oilfield. The Company operates through its wholly owned subsidiary, Ridgeway Petroleum (Florida), Inc. In October 2008, the Company completed the purchase of an interest in a 1,900 acre New Mexico oilfield. The acquisition of the property interest was effective July 1, 2008. The property is contiguous to an oilfield, on which the Company has initiated a CO2 pilot injection project.

BXI.V – Bio-Extraction Inc.
Bio-Extraction Inc. (BioExx) is a development-stage company. BioExx is engaged in the development and commercialization of extraction technology, which is focused to be used to extract various active ingredients from organic and inorganic materials. BioExx target markets include extractions in agriculture (primarily oilseeds), alternative energy crops, nutraceutical and pharmaceutical. Subsequent to December 31, 2008, BioExx completed agreements with Calgary-based Sunora Foods Ltd., and Vancouver-based Shafer Commodities Inc. (the Distributors) to collectively distribute 100% of the canola oil produced by BioExx at its Saskatoon facility. In February 2009, BioExx commenced commercial operations in Saskatoon.
